Sami is the daughter of the owners and began working in her family’s business in 2014. She has been lifting since she was 5 years old and learned the business growing up. She also trained in martial arts from the age of 4, gaining 5 years of training in Shorinji Kempo as well as experience in Muay Thai kickboxing. Sami graduated as valedictorian of her class at the New York Institute of Massage in 2019 and will begin adding her healing touch specializing in medical massage to our services in 2020.
Chantel joined Trabucco Fitness as a massage therapist in 2019 shortly after graduating from the New York Institute of massage where her talent and personality caught the attention of her classmate and now co-worker, Samantha, who recruited her for our team. She loves doing relaxation massage and deep tissue and has exhibited an especial gift working in the face, head and neck areas. Beyond massage therapy she is also a certified yoga teacher, health coach and esthetician. In her free time, Chantel loves being in nature, hiking, biking, kayaking and spending time with her son. She hopes to help bring peace and tranquillity into the daily lives of others through her work.
Christopher joined our team to offer counseling services in 2021 after recently retiring from his position as an elementary school principal and accumulating over 40 years of experience in the fields of education and counseling. He is certified in Critical Incidents and Stress Management, Suicide Prevention, and Divorce Mediation. He is well-versed in play therapy, mindfulness, stress management, hypnotherapy, solution-focused brief therapy and educational counseling .
Christopher utilizes a caring, genuine approach to validate and empower individuals to attain achievable outcomes in dealing with emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, PTSD and related issues. He has a great deal of experience working with children and teenagers who struggle with low self-esteem, social skills and learning disabilities.
Victoria is the daughter-in-law of the owners and worked as a personal trainer for six years. She has a degree in actuarial science from UB which, paired with her years of training, makes her a perfect fit to handle the businesses scheduling and administrative tasks. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, reading and spending time with her husband and their two children.
